Our STORY
Dough House started with a love for all things Neapolitan pizza. We're obsessed with the authentic technique and bring that craft to weddings and events across Cheshire.

With 4+ years of experience perfecting Neapolitan technique and managing busy kitchens, we know how to deliver! We've designed our setups to be flexible, and we take care of the details that matter most.
Slow fermented dough, service timed around your event, and a steady flow of pizzas throughout your event. We can also accommodate vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available so every guest is covered.


Built for Your Event
We have two professional setups to suit your venue: our restored horsebox and our gazebo.
Both deliver the same quality, speed and Neapolitan standard using industry-leading Gozney ovens.
We'll work with you to find the perfect fit for your event.

Why Neapolitan Pizza?
Because in our opinion, it's the best way to do Pizza. When done properly, its unforgettable.
Our dough has a 24-48hr slow-ferment, made with just 4 simple ingredients: "00" flour, water, salt and fresh yeast.
Our pizza's are hand-stretched and stone-fired at 450°C+ heat for that signature soft base and leopard crust.
We source the highest quality Italian produce from trusted local suppliers.
